Delivered through a fully turnkey approach, the mandate was entirely managed by Groupe Cartier, acting as general contractor, interior designers, and overseeing the installation of the custom millwork.
From the very first meetings, the goal was clear: to give the homeowners a reassuring, seamless experience from design through to final delivery. The turnkey approach made it possible to centralize every stage of the project, from concept to material selection, trade coordination, site management, and installation of the millwork.
The kitchen was reimagined as a true living space. The custom layout optimizes work zones, improves circulation, and offers storage solutions suited to everyday habits. Clean lines, durable materials, and carefully integrated lighting create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, ideal for both everyday meals and shared moments.
The powder room, though more compact, received the same level of care. Patterned wallpaper, an oval mirror, and a wood vanity topped with a vessel sink come together in an elegant, soothing space that flows naturally from the kitchen.
Every choice, from the custom cabinetry to the finishes, was made to maximize space. A built-in pantry with a concealed appliance nook clears the counters and keeps the kitchen tidy without sacrificing style.
