This kitchen renovation in a Laval condo was carried out on a turnkey basis by Groupe Cartier, acting as general contractor from planning through to final delivery. The project’s goal was to maximize the functionality of the space while creating a contemporary, elegant kitchen perfectly suited to condo living.
The layout was reworked to optimize flow, work zones and storage, all while respecting the constraints specific to a condo environment. Walnut wood and white surfaces play off each other for a warm, contemporary feel.
The central island plays a defining role, offering both a generous work surface and a welcoming space for meals and shared moments. Lined with blue chairs and topped with pendant lights, it becomes the social heart of the kitchen.
The custom Miralis cabinets, durable surfaces and carefully selected materials strike a harmonious balance between warmth, modernity and restraint. The walnut brings a natural depth that carries through into the furniture of the adjoining living space.
