High-End Interior Renovation with Custom Wine Cellar

Turnkey Project – Design and Construction by Groupe Cartier

Inspired by a refined and contemporary aesthetic, the Sgambato Project is a complete turnkey interior renovation featuring the transformation of two bathrooms, a staircase, a kitchen, a dining room, and the integration of a custom refrigerated wine cellar designed as a true architectural feature.

Designed and built by Groupe Cartier, acting as both general contractor and interior designers, the project aimed to create a cohesive, elegant and functional living environment where each space flows seamlessly into the next.

The kitchen features high-end custom Miralis cabinetry, combining clean lines, premium materials and optimized storage solutions. The layout was carefully designed to enhance flow, usability and everyday comfort while maintaining a timeless visual language.

The custom refrigerated wine cellar stands as a signature element of the project. Seamlessly integrated into the heart of the space, it ensures optimal wine preservation while acting as a sculptural transition between the kitchen and dining area, adding depth, transparency and sophistication.

The dining room, structured with custom Miralis furniture, offers a warm and refined setting ideal for entertaining. Materials, textures and lighting were carefully selected to create a welcoming and elegant atmosphere.

Both bathrooms were fully redesigned to provide calm, functional spaces through durable materials, integrated storage and a contemporary interpretation of volume and light.

The staircase, a key circulation element, was reimagined to reinforce architectural continuity and visual coherence throughout the home.
